I could write a novel about how incredibly talented Alexandra is and how much my husband and I love and adore her. Our entire wedding day was seamless largely because of her. She made not only my husband and I, but our wedding party and family feel super comfortable and at ease in front of the camera. The day of the wedding, she arrived early and left later than expected to ensure that all details were captured. It was honestly such a joy and honor to spend one of the most important days of our lives with her.

- She is detail oriented and has great communication skills. I was really impressed throughout the whole process with Alexandra’s quick replies to our questions. She is super knowledgeable about not only photography but also the wedding planning process, which if you’ve planned or are currently planning a wedding, you know can be quite stressful at times. Early on, she provided us with a very thorough wedding day guide that she created with tons of tips and vendor recommendations which was such a helpful resource. We ended up selecting several of the vendors she recommended and we were so happy with all of them.

- She is SO talented. She has such a gift for aesthetics, her editing style is unique yet timeless and classic, and she knows how to accentuate your best qualities in photos. It's a huge bonus that she offers both film and digital. There is something particularly special about her film photos that is hard to put into words.

- She has the perfect balance of giving you direction and also letting you be natural, which translates so beautifully in the photos. My husband and I were nervous to be in front of the camera and she put us at ease very quickly.

- She is professional and also so much fun to be around! We both loved Alexandra’s energy during both the engagement shoot and wedding day. She made us feel confident, relaxed and like we could just be ourselves!

- She is attentive and constantly was checking in on us to ensure we were comfortable and also making sure that we were getting the photos that we wanted. This meant a lot to me as I’m kind of an anxious person and really appreciated Alexandra’s calming and thoughtful presence, especially on our wedding day.

- She is so kind and personable. Everyone at our wedding loved her and did not want her to leave at the end of the night!

Overall, Alexandra delivered above and beyond what we expected. It’s clear that she sets the bar very high and maintains a quality that is top notch in her line of work. She is beyond talented and genuinely such a special human being. We both cannot recommend and thank Alexandra enough for everything. We love her and she will always hold such a special place in our hearts as our wedding photographer and now as our dear friend. 

So overwhelmed with amazing things to say about our experience working with Alexandra. What a special, sweet human who happens to also be an amazingly talented photographer. I’m not exaggerating when I say she was one of the best choices we made for our wedding day (besides saying I do of course!) From the first time we spoke over the phone, we immediately felt at ease with Alexandra. We had spoke with other photographers prior over the phone, but our conversation with Alexandra was fun and felt like a conversation with a longtime friend.

The day of, she went above and beyond what we expected. Once we saw the photos, we were shocked by how many she sent us. It felt like she was in multiple places at once for the amount of moments she captured.

Her style is so unique, and I especially love her use of film, it just adds that special touch that feels like we went back in time. Also, for how uncomfortable my partner and I usually are in front of the camera, she made us look like models. This is just a few highlights of how wonderful our experience was, without writing a novel. We will cherish these memories forever, thanks to Alexandra.

I found Alexandra's Instagram a few years ago before getting engaged/married was even on my radar. After following her account over the years, I knew that she was the photographer who I would work with someday. I fell in love with her clean, beautiful edits that seemed to capture the essence of the moments she was documenting. Stylistically, I particularly loved her black and white photos-- to me they are very romantic, classic and elegant. Once finally engaged, we began communicating with Alexandra, and she took the time to really get to know me and my fiance. She helped create a personalized engagement and wedding photography package that was realistic for our timeline, locations, and budget. Through every step of the process, communicating with her was so easy; like talking to a friend who was genuinely interested and excited to be a part of this time in our lives. Anytime I had questions, she was very responsive through text or email. We had multiple phone/FaceTime planning sessions that helped me feel prepared and taken care of. Though my fiance and I had never done a professional shoot together, Alexandra was able to get us out of our comfort zones and into the moment. Having the engagement shoot as a "warm-up" for being in front of the camera on our wedding day was incredibly helpful. Finally on the wedding day, our family and friends had nothing but praise for Alexandra. She felt like another friend on our guest list to us. When we received our gallery we were absolutely blown away. She captured feeling of the day precisely, which was so incredibly important to us. We wanted to be able to look at our photos and feel transported back to that day, and she was beyond successful. If you book with Alexandra, you won't have any regrets.

I found Alex's work featured on a popular wedding blog, after looking for a specific type of imagery that I wanted for our wedding day. I didn't want a ton of posed pictures, and I knew that I wanted someone that could capture all of the "in-between" moments— the ones that you really can feel the emotion from the day. Not only did Alex deliver on the final product (100x over), my husband and I genuinely made a friend along the way. She spends time getting to know you on a personal level and really brings your relationship to life through her lens. To capture all those candid, un-posed moments you really need to be comfortable, and almost forget that anyone is taking your picture. On a day that is full of emotions and nerves can be high, Alex put us at ease and made every step comfortable and enjoyable. She is a beautiful human being, exceptionally talented and someone we will be happy to bring into our life again and again to capture all of the beauty in each of its stages. 

Where do we begin? Alexandra showed up for us in countless ways leading up to our wedding. First, as two people that don't like having their photo taken, she made it fun and silly and made us feel comfortable just being our weird, awkward selves. Then somehow she turned that into beautiful art that we will cherish forever. Alexandra's edit is crisp and clean and allows the real joy of the day to shine through. She understands that a wedding is a culmination of so many people and experiences, and does her best to capture ALL OF THAT for you. We shifted our wedding plans due to COVID and she helped create a timeline for our small intimate ceremony and was flexible in helping us set up two packages for both the ceremony and postponed reception. We truly can't say enough about how much we love her energy, care, and photos. Wedding photos are an important investment and with Alexandra you will receive images that you will cherish forever and even a friend out of the deal :) HIRE HER. you will not regret it for one second.

We had a "destination" wedding, so we didn't have a chance to meet Alexandra in person until the wedding. Regardless, she was so flexible and willing to meet with us via FaceTime in order to chat and get to know one another. She immediately understood our vision for our wedding, and was able to provide thoughtful recommendations to enhance & improve upon that vision. She is extremely professional, while also being warm, friendly, and fun to be around; she made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera, and was somehow able to capture the most special moments of our wedding without us even noticing she was there! She is a true talent and we hope to be able to work with her again in the future. 

I have worked with Alexandra as a vendor at a wedding where I was the florist. Seeing her work afterwards, blew me away. Her work captures the emotion and feeling of everything I created for the couple. The photos of the wedding were emotional, moving and beautiful. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Alexandra and the quality of her photography. Within 20 minutes of meeting Alexandra, it felt like we were with an old friend who we'd known for years. She takes her job very serious, but more than that, she cares so deeply about her clients. The time she took to get to know us before our wedding and the energy she put into our wedding day went above and beyond. By the time our wedding day rolled around, it felt like I was getting ready with another one of my close friends (which is important given your photographer is by your side for all the BIG moments). Not to mention, Alex is truly a skilled photographer. The photographs she captured and the album she curated for us afterward were not only beautiful, but captured every intricacy our wedding day. They are something I will cherish forever. 10/10.
